I have been seeing things here and there on blogs I frequent on a "Post It" campaign. For whatever reason, I hadn't blogged on it here. Yet.
Pretty simple concept. Keep a Post It pad in your vehicle, and whenever you stop to put gas in the tank, leave a note affixed to the pump on whom the next pumper can thank for the high prices at the pump. Don't forget the "Nobama 2012" at the end.
Effective, easy, and a fun way to stick your thumb in the eye of the folks responsible for our non-drilling policy here at home.
It also works with stuff besides gas, too!
It's an effective campaign:
- It's cheap to do
- It doesn't damage any property
- It calls attention to who is responsible for higher prices of commodities
- It's the truth
