The Feds gave a group $300k to open a "jobs training center for those with HIV/Aids".
The Group instead then opened a "gentleman's club" instead. The Club them provides jobs, probably at least one with HIV/Aids.
The lawsuit claims the money given to Cornell Jones and Miracle Hands was supposed to be used to build a job-training facility for people with HIV-Aids. Jones told the city he was going to renovate an old warehouse on Queens Chapel Road. But the training facility never opened.
Instead, the city claims Jones opened the Stadium Club gentlemen's club instead. Now the city says it wants its money back and more.
So didn't the group do what they said they would do?
