Illegal alien college students in Colorado now get to pay in-State tuition, legal residents from other States pay out of State rates.
If I was an out-of-State tuition paying student who is a legal resident of the United States, I would file a lawsuit. Seems like a slam-dunk case of discrimination to me. One student gets a price break based on ethnicity, one does not. How is this not discrimination?
